Tina is a commercial lawyer practising primarily in the area of commercial law and transactions, including the establishment of commercial enterprises through business structures such as corporations, partnerships, discretionary trusts and unit trusts. Tina has acted for a wide range of public and private sector clients in relation to commercial transactions, contracts, and in providing general commercial advice. She also has particular expertise in commercial leasing, franchising and trademark matters, including the commercial exploitation of intellectual property and assisting clients in achieving their commercial goals. Tina is genuinely passionate in embedding herself in her client’s businesses and helping them to achieve their desired commercial outcomes.   • Negotiating the terms of various commercial agreements including supply and distribution agreements, non-disclosure agreements, sale/purchase agreements, government tender documents, service agreements, independent contractor agreements and employment contracts
  • Advising and negotiating terms of vendor finance agreements, secured and unsecured loan agreements, mortgage documents, guarantees and indemnities, and security agreements
  • Compliance and refulatory advice with the National disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013
