Ryan is a commercial lawyer practising predominately in the area of commercial disputes and litigation, acting for a range of clients of all sizes including individuals, sole traders, family businesses, start-ups and small-to-medium enterprises. Ryan’s experience to date, along with his degree in business management, provides him with a solid understanding of commercial considerations. This allows him to work closely with clients with a view to achieving the most practical and commercial resolution to a dispute. Ryan is a passionate advocate for his clients.   • Negotiating and drafting various commercial agreements including supply and distribution agreements, shareholders agreements, non-disclosure agreements, sale/purchase agreements and independent contractor agreements
  • Advising and negotiating terms of vendor finance agreements, secured and unsecured loan agreements, mortgage documents, guarantees and indemnities, and other security agreements
